The humanitarian community operating in Turkey and northern Syria is an extremely rich and diverse collection of actors. The NGO Forum for NGOs operating in northwest Syria (known as well Syria Aid Platform and NGO Forum) acknowledges this richness and is actively encouraging the development of cooperative and collaborative platforms for capacity development and training, information exchange, and cooperation.
